THE PHASES TURNING COPPER A WORK OF ART:
Processed and rendered into sheet from using eylinders called rolling mils in the factories.
The hammering masters cut these sheets intshapes suitable for the item they are going to make and Shape it using onlyhammer and solder.
Pasha Braziers, ewers, one piece vases, Semavars, coffeepots, capped rice plates, trays, palace vases, are copper items that have come out of the hands of our skilled masters.
The proficiency in this work depends on proper shapin an the number of hammer strokes.
It is said that around 3000 strokes are given per square centimeter.
Just like the number of loops in carpet making.
The value of a copper item is measure by the number of hammer strokes.
Frequent use of turning-lathe decreases quality, because sheets used with turning-lathers are unnecessarily thin.
The copper items shapet by our hammering masters are delivered to the decorators for engraving and ornamentation work.
